Welcome to our Bar Harbor vacation rental house: the Guesthouse Log Cabin. Conveniently located in coastal downeast Maine on Mount Desert Island, home to Acadia National Park, the cabin is just 4 miles from the center of Bar Harbor and only 1 mile from the Park entrance. This quiet setting is the perfect spot to begin and end your days of hiking, sailing, sightseeing or just relaxing. The cabin is set away from the road (and not visible from the road), sharing 2 acres lush with plantings and deer, ducks and other wildlife. The free island-wide shuttle bus is easily accessed at the end of the driveway.
